Polyamides offers high strength, stiffness and durability with good chemical stability and plasticity. Polyamides have high wear resistance and good frictional properties. By using fiber compounds with glass or carbon fibers, the mechanical properties can be further improved so that, for example, strength and impact resistance can be adjusted to suit the application.
